Our community, The UnCaiged Life teaches women to transform their mindset, health and habits to create a sustainable lifestyle through mental and physical fitness and live an impactful and purposeful life through Christ.
"The UnCaiged Life" is about unleashing your best self and creating the life you dream of in the midst of maneuvering through your storms. I help women tap into the most powerful parts of who God created them to be, so they may persevere through their adversities and have the courage to create the life they dream of living. I empower them to realize that they do not have to delay their happiness until they are "trauma free". You can absolutely be in a process of overcoming and simultaneously LIVE your life.
